Since Monday I’ve been having difficulty sleeping. I’ve tried melatonin, Benadryl, and NyQuil throughout the week. And I’m able to sleep maybe 4 hours and somewhere between one and 3 I’m wide awake and I may fall asleep somewhere around 4:30 and 5 and I have to be up at 6 for work. And yes, sometimes I snooze my alarm several times even though I need that extra time to get ready and then I’m more anxious because I have to rush to work.
And I use my essential oils and diffuser and yes it soothes me, but I just can’t seem to fall asleep. I was told to pray but I do that before bed and when I wake up, but I will try it tonight if I wake up. I slept maybe 3 1/2 hours last night and I was up until maybe an hour before I had to get up. And the thing that aggravated me so is the fact that I can just close my eyes and book the alarm goes off like when did time seem to speed up? 😂😂😂
I need some sleep! I have a RTIC cup full of coffee and I still don’t feel energized. And I’m sure that when I get home I will just lay there because I’m not that person that can have a nap, wake up, eat, and go to sleep. Nope! If I take a nap I will wake up not knowing where I’m at and I will become energized and not go to sleep until sleep takes over.
Tonight, I hope that I can have a full nights sleep, because of not I will scare some people at work Friday morning!
Aerobic exercise during the day always helps me sleep better… it physically wears my body out👍🏼🏃🏽♀️❤️
